David and Holly are driven by a passion to assist and educate families faced with making challenging decisions regarding the care of their older family members. As Certified Senior Advisors (CSA) and Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP), they are prepared to guide their clients through the often unfamiliar and often stressful journey of elder care.

David and Holly share a deep commitment to ensuring that clients' families receive the quality of care they deserve. Their motivation stems from their own experience navigating the complicated process of finding suitable care for their parents. They learned firsthand how unprepared most people are to navigate multiple senior living decisions for their loved ones.

Before joining Senior Care Authority, David enjoyed a long and successful career as a lawyer and consultant in the nonprofit and risk management fields. Holly spent decades in business technology, earning a reputation for exceptional customer service. They began to reflect on the next phase of life as they became empty nesters about a year ago. They pursued this new path as senior care advisors to serve others. “Two things I’m most passionate about are problem-solving and helping others learn and grow in ways that can improve their quality of life. For me, being a senior care advisor brings those together as we help clients discover solutions that meet their loved ones' needs” said David.
