Philadelphia Investment Firm Announces: We Will Buy The Ugliest Houses In Philly With Cash

October 18, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ -

Local property investment firm Rapid Home Liquidation has recently announced: "we will buy the ugliest Philadelphia houses with cash" in as little as 10 business days and will also cover all closing costs for the seller. CEO and owner of the company Brian Rudderow has stated: "our company focuses on solving real estate problems for our clients, and we will stop at nothing to close the deal no matter what it takes". Rudderow has been flipping properties in the Tri-State area for several years now, and he is looking to expand his reach into the Philadelphia market by purchasing run-down, dilapidated, ugly houses in the city and then rehabbing them and then relisting them back on the market to earn a profit.

Rapid Home Liquidation allows homeowners the chance to sell a Philadelphia house fast and they are also in other real estate markets such as Colorado and Florida. Rudderow first got into real estate after he had a break with his last business partner when he was in the vaporizer industry earning $10,000 per month income. He and his partner had a falling out over ownership percentages and Rudderow was looking for a new method for earning income online that would be more suited to a solopreneur such as himself. He quickly learned about flipping houses and real estate Wholesaling and began marketing online for motivated seller leads.

It took several months before Rudderow was able to close his first deal, but after that, he increased his conversion rate and was able to close an additional 20 wholesale deals and 6 fix and flip projects. Now, the company is even managing rental properties and earning $300 per month cashflow on a rent to own project. Many homeowners are now starting to discover the advantages and benefits of working with private real estate investment companies like Rapid Home Liquidation because they are able to craft custom transactions which allow them to be much more flexible than what would be possible in a traditional real estate transaction done through a real estate agent.

Rapid Home Liquidation is looking for 2 - 3 ugly houses per month to fix and flip in the Philadelphia market, and they will even pay a $500 referral fee to anyone in a local Philly neighborhood who can identify a house that is a good fit for a fix and flip project. This is great for revitalizing the crumbling infrastructure in Philadelphia and getting the cities many neighborhoods back on track to gentrification and stability.

The company is targeting specific areas of West Philadelphia such as zip codes 19131, 19139, 19143, and 19151. They prefer buying houses to flip near Fairmont Park in neighborhoods such as Wynnefield, Wynnefield Heights, Belmont Village, Hestonville, Cathedral Park, and Carrol Park.

The company is also looking for properties near the West Philadelphia YMCA in neighborhoods such as Dunlap, Mill Creek, Haddington, and Walnut Hill. They are also looking for projects south of there in Cobbs Creek, Angora, Cedar Park, Southwest Cedar Park, Squirrel Hill, and Kingsessing. Additionally, the company is also looking for homes to flip near Morris Park, Overbrook Park, Overbrook Farms, and Haddington Woods.

DENVER — Fourth-year quarterback Brandon Allen sparked Denver's stagnant offense, throwing for two touchdowns in his first career NFL start and leading the Broncos past the stumbling Cleveland Browns 24-19 Sunday. Philadelphia Eagles run over Buffalo Bills in 31-13 win

Nov 14, 2019

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Lane Johnson isn't sure what the Eagles proved except to silence their critics for one week after their run game and defense trampled the Buffalo Bills. "What are we, 4-4? It looks like we're average," the starting right tackle said, injecting a profanity into his comment for emphasis. "We needed a damn win. That's really what it all boiled down to. It felt good to get one." Having spent the past week listening to how awful and soft they were following a 37-10 loss at Dallas, the Eagles responded by snapping a two-game skid with a...

Missed PAT sends Falcons home empty from long trip

Nov 14, 2019

GLENDALE, Ariz. — The Atlanta Falcons mounted a massive second-half comeback, rallying from 17 down to pull within a point of tying Arizona. All they needed was an extra point to tie the game and hopefully send it to overtime, possibly pull out a much-needed win. When Matt Bryant's try sailed wide left with 1:53 left, the Falcons fell flat again, adding another way to lose in a season quickly spiraling away from them. Of all Atlanta's 2019 missteps, Sunday's 34-33 loss to the Cardinals may hurt the worst — and possibly be the final act of coach Dan Quinn's...
